The BWSW Project is a comprehensive training and leadership initiative designed to equip women with the tools, confidence, and networks needed to build safer, more inclusive workplaces. It brings together community members, professionals, and advocates to drive meaningful systemic change. The project addresses the microaggressions, harassment, inequities, and discrimination women face in the workplace by promoting awareness, accountability, and equitable practices. Through targeted training, advocacy efforts, and community dialogues with policymakers, employers, and employees, the project fosters long-term cultural change that strengthens women’s economic prosperity and professional growth.

- Comprehensive training to over 200 employers, employees on effective practices to prevent harassment, discrimination, and microaggression,
