The Black Youth Lead to Succeed (BYLS) Project supports the successful entry and advancement of Black youth in high-opportunity sectors, specifically technology.
This intensive program was designed to foster career advancement by providing comprehensive skills development, mentorship, and work experience.
Key Program Components include:
- Leadership and professional development skills training for workforce readiness.
- Career Counselling/Needs Assessment and Employment Training.
- Mentor Connection and valuable Networking Sessions with employers.
- Wrap-Around Support provided participants with the comprehensive assistance needed to successfully access and advance in the labour market.
