HSDC provided trauma-informed preventative and intervention support to high-risk Black and racialized youth in Scarborough who are currently involved with the criminal justice system and gangs by tackling their root causes and offering pathways to safer, more fulfilling futures. The activities include supportive counselling, referral support and life skills development.
