We provide comprehensive, culturally responsive support that empowers marginalized and racialized women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals. Through capacity-building workshops, leadership development, and empowerment activities, we equip participants with the skills and confidence needed to build safer, healthier futures.
Our services offer victim support for those experiencing or at risk of gender-based violence, including crisis intervention, safety planning, counselling, and referrals to essential community resources. HSDC also champions women’s rights through advocacy that addresses systemic barriers, promotes equity, and amplifies diverse voices.
Grounded in diversity, inclusion, and social justice, HSDC’s programs foster healing, resilience, and long-term empowerment while creating safer, more supportive environments for all.
