Breaking The Cycle Program

Breaking the Cycle project provides early intervention and prevention services for Black and racialized youth aged 14-29 in Scarborough who are at risk of or currently using substances. The project offers cultural arts activities, mentorship, peer support, and skill-building workshops to help reduce stigma, build youth resilience, and enhance their mental wellbeing. Additionally, the project connects participants with essential health services, resources, and community support to facilitate their journey toward healthier choices and overall well-being.
